Zara Tindall shows off new haircut as she arrives for Buckingham Palace Christmas Lunch

Zara Tindall is the daughter of Princess Anne, the Queen’s only daughter, was pictured sporting a new haircut while arriving with her husband, Mike Tindall, 41, at Buckingham Palace to attend the annual Christmas luncheon hosted by Queen Elizabeth II. Zara, who at birth was sixth in line to the throne, was pictured showing off her cropped hair cut which was styled loosely around her face.

Her blonde bob is straight out of the current fashion magazines and is right on-trend.

Although it is unconfirmed, Zara’s hair appears to also be lighter in colour, suggesting that the Queen’s granddaughter could have had a bit of colour or lightener put into her hair to give it a brighter appearance.

As she arrived, she was seen wearing a pair of black classic shape, Rayban sunglasses, to protect her eyes from the wintery sun and glares of flashing cameras.

She opted for a paintbrush-splattered-like black dress and no jewellery.

Zara chose to have a classic-day-time make-up look which consisted of bronzed cheeks, highlighted cheekbones and glossed lips.

Although Zara wore sunglasses throughout the journey into Buckingham Palace, it is assumed that she would have opted for her trademark brown eye-shadow and mascaraed eyelashes.

Five facts about Zara Tindall

Yesterday’s lunch is one of the highlights of the Royal Family’s holiday calendar.

Numerous other royals were spotted driving into Buckingham Palace, including Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice, and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and her children.

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, was pictured arriving at Buckingham Palace for the annual Christmas lunch hosted by the Queen in a separate car to husband, Prince William and their son, Prince George.

The mother-of-three was pictured driving into the royal estate in a tartan Emilia Wickstead dress which retails for £675.

The dress is pleated red tartan and has a stiff white point collar which gives the Emilia Wickstead’s chiffon-crepe Anni dress a nostalgic feel.

The runway piece is described to be “crafted with semi-sheer silk blouson sleeves that gather at white button-up cuffs,” and the images show that the dress cinches at the waist with a matching belt for a flattering feminine silhouette.

Kate decided to keep her accessories minimal, only opting to wear her huge engagement ring on her left hand and she chose to wear a simple pair of earrings.

The Duchess of Cambridge was accompanied by Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis on the long drive to Buckingham Palace, who were also dressed in festive wear.

Both Charlotte and Louis were pictured wearing Christmas jumpers.

Notably, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle missed the event. As previously announced, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are marking their first Christmas as a family of three with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland.

Harry and Meghan are currently on an extended break from their royal duties and are expected to return to work in 2020.
