Ryan Kent latest

Liverpool winger Ryan Kent is desperate to leave Anfield this summer.

Kent, 22, enjoyed a profitable season under Steven Gerrard at Rangers last year and was awarded PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.

The Daily Record claim Kent would like to return to Ibrox again on a season-long loan – but Jurgen Klopp is blocking the deal.

The report claims Kent will ‘down tools’ in a bid to make Klopp change his mind about another short-term deal.

Wanted: Kai Havertz

Liverpool are interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz next summer.

Havertz, 20, has long been on Jurgen Klopp’s radar and the deal could finally take place with German website Sport1 claiming this will be his final season with Leverkusen.

The German international boasts an incredible record in the Bundesliga having registered 17 goals in 34 appearances last season – and he’s already up and running in the 2019/2020 campaign.

Sport1 think Havertz will cost around £92million next summer with several European heavyweights looking to secure his signature.

Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are among the main interested parties.

Liverpool reject bid

Liverpool have rejected an offer for Bobby Duncan.

Duncan, Steven Gerrard’s cousin, was approached by Nordsjaelland.

The Danish side had hoped to take the 18-year-old forward on a season-long loan.

But Liverpool rejected the bid – choosing to keep Duncan in their Under-23 squad.
