Hurricane Dorian path: Dorian to hit Bahamas – NHC warn of ‘life-threatening situation’ | World | News

Hurricane Dorian recently upgraded to a Category 5 hurricane.
Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft data indicates Dorian is continuing to intensify, and now has maximum sustained winds near 175mph.
The NHC state: “The eyewall of catastrophic Hurricane Dorian is currently reaching the Abaco Islands.
“This is a life-threatening situation.
“Residents there should take immediate shelter.
“Do not venture into the eye if it passes over your location.”
Hurricane Dorian is currently 25 miles east north-east of Great Abaco Island.
It is also 210 miles east of West Palm Beach in Florida.
